Unity Care Hub is an Independent Community Interest Company based in Stratford, Newham. Established in October 2025, we support vulnerable adults impacted by mental health and dementia, disability, poverty and hardship with day services, respite support and activities that uplift wellbeing.

Dignity, respect & community for everyone in Newham
Our Mission
To support and empower vulnerable adults, mental health and dementia or, Carers, disabled to have access to services, educational and socially inclusive opportunities to reduce isolation, unemployment, poverty and poor quality of life.
Day Care Centre
Dignified, inclusive day services for adults with disabilities, long‑term conditions, mental health and dementia—open Mon, Wed, Fri (11am–4pm). Open to all and primarily supporting people from BAME communities.
Health & Wellbeing
Quarterly health checks, diabetes & blood pressure clinics, yoga and workshops delivered with local professionals.
Social Connection
Eid parties, outings, indoor games and recreational activities to build friendships and reduce isolation.
Respite Care
Home‑based support and companionship for housebound or frail individuals, offering carers a short break.
Activities that bring joy
From gentle movement to festive celebrations, our programme is designed to improve physical and mental health while nurturing friendships and confidence across Newham.
- Quarterly checks: blood pressure & diabetes; talks by invited health professionals
- Yoga / gentle physical activities and health information workshops
- Information & advice on welfare, health & care services
- Indoor games, leisure & recreational activities
- Social events and outings (e.g., Eid party)
- Refreshments served mid‑morning & mid‑afternoon; freshly cooked hot meal provided

Our staffs are fully experienced, most of them are NVQ qualified and well trained. They maintain friendly relations with all users, their families and carers with a view of respect and dignity. Share your skills and help neighbours thrive.
